Expands/adds privileges for licensed individuals.
Restricts/removes privileges for licensed individuals.
Prohibits carrying a firearm within 100' of any polling place, early voting site, or ballot box. No exclusion for CPL-holders.
Prohibits carrying a firearm within 100' of any vote counting location.
Adds "A building owned or leased by this state or that part of a building owned or leased by this state" to the list of places prohibited from carrying with a CPL.
Gun-free zone expansion. Expands to include all buildings owned or leased by the state. Removes CPL-holder exemptions from banks, credit-unions, and anywhere with a liquor license (grocery stores, restaurants, retailers).
14-day mandatory waiting period for all pistol purchases, both private and FFL. No exemptions for CPL holders, even "emergency" CPL holders (those with evidence of and in provably immediate danger).
Removes restriction of CPL holders from carrying on college campuses.
Expands the requirement to disclose that you are carrying a concealed firearm or stun gun to include fire fighters and EMS personnel.
Allows local units of government (e.g. cities, municipalities) to further restrict where one may carry a firearm, if the property is owned or leased by the the local unit.
