Adds "A building owned or leased by this state or that part of a building owned or leased by this state." to the list of CPL-restricted locations.
You must be aware of any property that may be state owned or leased. Accidentally or purposely violating this would result in a misdemeanor or felony, fine, and suspension or revocation of your CPL. These buildings include such remote places as rest stop bathrooms.
This bill has been justified by representatives as necessary after the COVID-related protests in the state Capitol building.
