Gun-free zone expansion. Expands to include all buildings owned or leased by the state. Removes CPL-holder exemptions from banks, credit-unions, and anywhere with a liquor license.
A CPL-holder will no longer be able to carry concealed in any state-owned buildings. This includes locations such as rest stops.
The bill also eliminates CPL-holders' exemption from MCL 750.234d prohibited locations, which includes depository institutions, anywhere with a liquor license, and includes parking lots.

This bill as-is effectively makes it impossible to legally carry concealed anywhere you may be heading on errands, date nights, etc.
