We believe that the responsible exercise of the second amendment should transcend base “us-versus-them” mentality. That’s what we’re working toward, here.
We will not endorse any candidate or party.
We will explain what bills will affect our ability to defend ourselves, and provide resources for you to accurately request amendments to said bills.
We believe that everyone – especially those marginalized, dispossessed, and disenfranchised among us – are the true keepers, maintainers, and regulators of our inherent, fundamental right to peaceable co-existence and self-defense. We keep each other safer, together.
We will not tolerate any disparaging language of others, whether they be members of GRCCC, supporters of a different political party, or public figures.
We must hold each other to a higher standard.
Because help can often be several minutes away, we believe that the best way to protect our loved ones, our neighborhoods, our communities, and our cities is to be properly trained, attentive, tempered, and prepared.
We do not condone or apologize for cutting corners, behaving lazily, or committing simple mistakes.
While the right to keep and bear arms is just that – a fundamental, inherent right – we recognize that our neighbors’ trust in us is a hard-won privilege that is difficult to earn back.
We will disseminate local, CPL-pertinent information promptly, respectfully, and objectively.
We will show calmly with our actions – in addition to our words – what responsible firearm ownership should look like.
We will support each other in our efforts to protect our right to self-defense, in such a fashion that others who are unable or unwilling will not see us as their adversaries.
We will build a community that wants to support, nurture, inform, and bond with one another.
