14-day mandatory waiting period for all pistol purchases, both private and FFL. No exemptions.
Regardless of if you already own a pistol, are a CPL-holder, or have official documents from the police indicating that you are a potential victim of stalking or targeted harassment, you will be unable to take possession of a pistol until 14 days after you pay for it.
No exemptions for CPL holders, even "emergency" CPL holders (those with evidence of and in provably immediate danger).
Note: States such as California already have a similar law on the books, and they only mandate 10 waiting days.
